If you wish to change the product you have purchased, you can do so within 14 days from the day that you received your order. Please follow the steps!
- You can change a product to any other product of our Online Store.
- Products of previous Collections can only be changed in our Online Store or the Outlet Stores
- Changes are not accepted in the Summer / Winter Offers category, in products with a discount rate over 50%, as well as the bottom of the slips and bodysuits (from the Lingerie Category)
- Changes are not accepted in the Accessories category-Beauty Set
- Changes are not accepted in the Earrings category
- You can change any product in our physical Stores following the below:
a) Customers who have purchased products online can only change them with products of equal or higher price
b) Cash back is not permitted for the exchange of products
c) Customers who have purchased products online cannot change them at the following stores Chalkida, Nea Ionia, Kos, Kolonaki Hondos Center, Thessaloniki Hondos Center, Larisa, Patra, Rhodes and Cyprus
d) Changes are not allowed without the original Order Receipt
In any other case, you would need to fill out the RETURN FORM that you will find here and we will give you back the value of your initial order.
* The return of the value of your order is made with the payment method you chose in your original order. Refunds via bank deposit are made within 15 working days. For August only, the return deposits will be made at the end of the month.

HOW TO DO AN EXCHANGE:
1) You fill out the following exchange form with the products that you would like to exchange.
2) We will then get back to you via email, in order to update you on the availability of the products that you are interested in.
3) When you receive our email that states that the products are available, you will need to send back to us the products you wish to return in their packaging, on your own expense, choosing the courier service that you wish. The address is:

4) When we receive the products you want to exchange, we will send you the new products on our expense, to the address of your initial order.
